Prepare, enjoy, feel good -
Inspire your customers too!

Pour the contents of a sachet into a clean, sterile (dishwasher / boiled) glass bottle and fill up with 1 liter of organic fruit juice (e.g. apple/grape).

Close the bottle and shake gently.

Leave to mature for 2-3 days at room temperature (ideally 20-25 °C, protected from the sun in an amber glass bottle).

To prevent the maturing process from progressing any further, store the bottle in the fridge afterwards (at the latest when the pearling begins) and consume within 5 days.

Important: During the maturation period, only screw the lid on slightly, do not tighten it, so that the carbon dioxide produced by the fermentation can escape (otherwise the bottle could burst). The bubbles show that natural carbon dioxide has been produced during fermentation and that the fresh enzyme drink is ready to drink.

Pure enjoyment: 1 glass (approx. 200 ml) per day with a meal or between meals

*Depending on the temperature and juice used, the finished Lebenstrank contains around 0.7 to 1.2% alcohol after 2 days of maturing. This means that the alcohol content is lower than malt beer (2%), sparkling wine (at least 10%) or Secco (approx. 8.5%).
